Renting:

Room for Rent in Beautiful Condo. Utilities included for $550.

Why? I am not using the extra room so that's why I am renting it out. The extra money would be nice as well =)

Description: This condo is in Hercules not Rodeo as the posting says. The monthly includes utilities and internet (dsl). You also have a private full bathroom. Washer and dryer in the unit and brand new appliances. Laminate flooring through out the whole condo. The room is 12'x12' and has a large closet. Very clean environment and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
Highway 80 is a 2-3 minute drive and highway 4 is about the same. Also there is a shuttle system that will take you to BART located near by as well. There is a small shopping center near by with a starbucks,gas station, burger king, and other restaurants.
I only require a $300 deposit and $550 for the first month. So $850 total for move in. This will also be a month to month agreement.
I am a 33 year old male and work in Berkeley. I am a very low key type of guy. I don't have crazy house parties. I also don't smoke nor do drugs and I would like it you were on the same page. I drink on rare occasion but it's rare. If you do that's fine as long as it's in a controlled manner =)

Hey Rudy. I am actively looking for a roommate so it may be rented out at any time. Can't guarantee it will be available even in a few weeks.
