Description: I have been in this apartment for 2 years and am in need of a female roommate. I would like to find someone before New Year's. A little about me - I am 22, Christian, and a full time graphic design student with a year left at CSULB. The apartment has a spacious living room and kitchen and decent sized rooms. There is one covered parking space assigned to the apartment, which we share. Utilities are not included in the rent price they range $60-$80 depending on the season (higher in winter with the heater). About 5-10 minutes to CSULB, depending on traffic. 5 minutes to Belmont Shore's 2nd st. I am looking for someone responsible, non-smoker of any kind, and who is not a hermit - this is your place too =)
