Description: It a great house if you go to UNT or TWU. It's less than a 5 min drive to both UNT and TWU and a 8 min bike ride. The room is huge! We have excellent internet too. I attached a picture. The rent doesn't include bills. Bills usually run between $40-70. The two other girls go to UNT, one is a sophomore and the other is a junior. Send me a message if your interest or have questions.

hey mary beth- is it still available? when does the lease start and end? do you have a washing machine? do the other girls have facebooks?

Yes it's still available. The lease starts in January until august. If you wanted to move in late december for no extra cost you could. If you send me a message I will give you the girls names, they have facebook too. Yes there is a washer and dryer.
