Description: I’m looking for a personal assistant 4 to 6 hrs a day Monday through Friday. I have a fitness training and health coaching business. At the moment I’m in the process of setting my fitness studio in San Clemente.
You will be coming to San Clemente to work. This is eventually going to turn into a full-time job. You are going to start at $10/hr and get increases and bonuses based on your performance. As the business grows you could become the Office Manager and later the Operations Manager within 3 to 6 months depending on the success of the programs you’ll be managing.
The job would be mostly administrative in nature, but there will be a few occasions that you’ll have to run some errands so you should have your own car and valid CA driver’s license. Here are some of the other critical skills that I’m looking for:
• Your resume should DETAIL your computer skills and all your computer experience
• High energy and positive personality is very important!!!
• Superb time management skills
• Proficient English writing, good spelling, editing documents
• Ability to stay focused and complete projects on time
• Superb costumer service
• Outstanding organization skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage projects
• Marketing/sales experience is a plus
• Website creating/content writing experience is a plus
• Experience in the health/fitness industry is a plus
