Description: 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths. The other renter's name is Katie and she's easy to get along with. She has a dog and he is super sweet.

The bedroom being rented out has 2 closets. One is a walk-in and the other has sliding mirror doors and is a little smaller but still a really good size. The duplex is completely furnished except that you will need to provide your own bedroom furniture.

The lease is from January 1st until May 31st but can be leased out as early as December 15th if needed. The cost is $400 flat per month all bills paid including wireless internet and satellite TV in the living room. Parking is a driveway (2 cars per side of the duplex) in front of the house and there is also a small laundry room in the duplex with a washer and a dryer.

The duplex is located off Southwest Pkwy between HWY 6 and Texas Ave. It is located really close to 2 stops on TAMU bus route 26. It is within 5 minutes of Kroger, HEB, Walmart, CVS, Target, Walgreens, HWY 6, and Wolf Pen Creek Park. And within about 10 or 15 minutes of the Texas A&M campus.

Since we already have a dog living here we would prefer to have no other pets but if you are interested in the place and you have an animal just let me know and I will talk to the owner.
