House is furnished with all appliances and all you would need are furnishings for your bedroom.
Room is available starting immediately. I am the owner of the house. I am a 26/M/Non-smoker/Social drinker only. I teach elementary school in the Oswego School District. I am getting my master's through night classes also. I enjoy sports, comedy clubs/movies, and concerts. I am very laid back and easy to get along with, have lived with several different roommates over the years and never had problems with any.
The $600 is a flat fee monthly (I will pay all utilities myself, so you don't have to worry about that...includes wireless internet and DirecTV/DVR).
