Description: Looking for quiet, clean, & respectful roommate.

You have your own bathroom which is quite large. Bedroom is approximately 150sq ft, 10ft-ish by 16 3/4ft-ish, it's an oddly shaped room. Apt is located at 901 Jefferson St. 901 Jefferson is a brand new complex in up & coming Old Oakland. All appliances of course are new, all kitchen appliances are stainless steel including fridge, built-in microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher. Brand new in-unit washer & dryer. Hardwood floors for common area, berber carpeting in bedrooms. Bathrooms & kitchen all have granite counter tops. Although pictures show an empty apartment, the apartment will be fully furnished. All you need to bring is stuff for your bedroom & bathroom.

Apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Foodie neighborhood, nearby farmer's market on Fridays. Walking distance to Le Cheval, Smart & Final, Chinatown, 12th street BART, MOCHA, Housewive's Market, etc. Discount membership for residents at Club One. Check out http://www.901jefferson.com/ for additional photos for a furnished model apt, building photos, & amenities. Please drive by their open house to check out their 2br/2ba apartments for your reference. Their open house schedule is SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 12:00 until 5:00 pm and MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 10:00am until 6:00 pm. The apartment is one of their largest so it is more expensive than their base rental price (no apartment is the same). It really is an amazing apartment.

I am a 26-year-old female looking for female roommate. I very rarely drink and have a tendency to stay in to veg out (I am a graduate student). I love hiking, going to movies as well as staying in to watch movies, cooking, anything foodie, etc. I would like a roommate who reliable & respectful of my things. I have a cat and need someone who also likes cats. Additional cats are negotiable but not preferred. I will not tolerate drug use. The apartment is a smoke-free & drug free environment (as per the property management company).

Rent is $650, parking is extra but is negotiable. An additional $50-75/monthly is expected for Utilities, to be split 50/50. Deposit is $200.
