Description: A local non-profit group is looking for a writing & public relations intern for the spring semester and beyond. Duties would include: drafting press releases, updating our blog, contacting the media with story ideas, managing our social media efforts, helping us maintain an updated Web site, and more!

Although unpaid at the moment, we're willing to work with your school to get you internship credit. Even better, most of the work can be done at home. We require 8-10 hours per week and will work with your schedule. Looking for current students majoring in journalism, marketing, public relations, English or other related majors. You should have polished writing skills, public relations experience via classroom learning or other internships, and a willingness to help others.

The Home Sweet Home Campaign... you can check 'em out at www.oursoldiers.org. They raise money for returning vets to help out with financial burdens once they get home. :)
