Description: I have a 2BED/2BATH, 1000 sq. ft. apartment in the Sandy area. I'm not using one of the bedrooms with a bathroom right across from it! Yes you get your own bed and bath! The bedroom has a mirror closet with plenty of space in it. The place is fully furnished, EXCEPT for the bedroom you would be moving into, so that's your deal. There are two pools and a 24/7 gym as well as a movie theater you can rent out.

There is a washer and dryer, WIFI internet, and a balcony. I ask that you do not bring your entire house and start decorating my livingroom etc, but what you do to the bedroom I have no problems with as long as you keep it clean. I have a dog who doesn't get along with other dogs and especially not cats, but is very friendly with people.

I drink...and sometimes smoke (outside) and am 420 friendly. I'm a clean person and the apartment has a modern style to it. I'm a 24 year old, responsible male and don't care if you're male or female as long as you got your shit together and can pay the monthly rent of $500, which is less than 50% of the total cost of JUST rent for this place. The $500 includes EVERYTHING.

This place is very chill and low-key, no parties
