| Description: | 1 Bedroom house available for sub-let starting January 1st. Would be perfect for someone studying abroad in the fall and coming back for the spring, or someone moving into town in the winter. Its small house right across the street from Buttermilk Falls State Park in a quiet, natural setting. It has one huge bedroom, a den (could be a second bedroom), big living room, small office space, nice kitchen, recently remodeled bathroom and a whole lot of closet space. Outside there is a great big back and front yard and a one car garage attached to the house. There's also a small fenced in area where a previous tenant kept a medium-size dog. 600/month plus utilities. There is propane heat in the majority of the house and electric heat in the bedroom. Utilities have ranged from $40 in the warm months to $250 in the coldest of the cold. The water comes from a well, so there are no bills for that. There is not laundry in the house. I've been living here with my boyfriend and its a great size house for two people, would also be fine for one person. Great location, close to IC and not too far from downtown, plus you can walk to the gorge in less than 10 minutes. Lease can run from January for 3, 6, or 12 months. |
