Description: I am a student going abroad and looking for somebody to take over my lease for the Spring 2010 semester [January – May] and possibly the summer as well. The room is fully furnished in a (2 bed -1 bath) house. The room is large and so is the living space. It is located in the heart of West Campus and is across the street from the West Campus bus route. The rent is $600 plus 1/ 2 utilities and includes a parking space and we are pet friendly!
