Either…
a) We could share a beautiful 2/2 apartment @ The Mark, furnished (21st floor,) paying $700 each
or
b) I could move to her apartment.

About me:
I’m a young professional Latina, in my early 30s working in Marketing. I’m fully bilingual (Spanish/English) like to hang out with friends, listen to music, dance, play sports. I like people and are very social but no crazy party girl at all. I’m laid back and respectful of a roommate’s space and individuality, however, it’s nice to have things in common and be able to, here and there, share meals, chat over wine, watch TV, etc. I consider important when sharing an apartment: paying the rent/utilities on time, having the common areas neat, and of course good communication.
