Description: Looking for clean, quiet, responsible roommate(s) for co-ed 4/2 house. One room available immediately. Second room available in late December. Each bedroom is 10âx11â unfurnished. House is located in a quiet neighborhood east of the UCF Main Campus, off Lake Pickett, within easy biking distance of UCF. $400/mo includes rent, cable & internet. Water & electric are split among renters (avg. $60/mo., more in summer, less in winter). A $400 security deposit & first month's rent, along with a signed rental contract (academic or 1-year) are required before move in. Pets are allowed with non-refundable $200 pet deposit.
