Description: Hi, I'm moving to NY (will come up some weekends), and am looking for a female apt-mate for my wife starting Jan 2010. She is a 27 yr old engineer.
It is a 2BR apt in a multi family unit on the 3rd floor. It's fully furnished (you don't need to bring/buy any furniture, appliances, utensils, etc. We have everything already).
The apartment is large with front and rear balconies, and lots of natural sunlight. Utilities are extra. In the winter, heating could cost $100 per person going down to 0 in the warmer months.
I'm a block from the T stop, and a 10 min walk to Harvard. Laundry, groceries, gym, restaurants and starbucks are a block away. Parking is available in the pvt lane next to the building.
My only requirement is that you be clean!
