Renting:

2-3 Roommates Needed for Fall 2010-Spring 2011 for $365.

Why? My two current roommates are moving closer to downtown, and I don't have anywhere else to go. I'm lookin to stay here cuz its a nice place in a good part of town with bus service to campus included in rent. I need to have one other person to sign my renewal lease by Nov. 19th.

Description: Monthly Price (per bedroom) includes Rent (~333) + Internet/Secondary Electric (~32) - Townviewe Apartments #1 - 1 mile from campus on the corner of Pugh Street and Bradley Ave (bus pass included for transportation to classes) - 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, GREAT MAINTENANCE - very spacious rooms with living room, kitchen - everything is carpeted except bathroom and kitchen, which have new tile and laminate floors - open bedrooms have PLENTY of closet space, great natural lighting from windows - the rooms are unfurnished, so you'll need a bed/bedroom accessories, i have a TV for the living room with an entertainment center and a crappy coffee table, and i can probably bring couches in to replace the old ones. I HAVE NO PREFERENCE FOR GENDER, ONLY SANITY. *be aware that there is only one bathroom, ladies* - I really don't want more than one room split between two people because of the amount of hot water, but I'm willing to be flexible. ONLY RESPONDED IF INTERESTED, I need to find at least one other person ASAP.
