Description: Our client, a well established service company located in Toronto, is looking for Bilingual (French / English ) Customer Service Representatives to add to their growing team.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

- Make outbound calls to employees to ensure they are available for their shifts and on-site, making last minute schedule changes as required
- Responding to customer calls
- Monitoring and maintaining up to date schedules on computerized scheduling system, ensuring all shifts are covered, including temporary absence and vacation coverage
- Escalating any emergency situations to management
- Ease the transition from shift to shift, providing relevant information on issues from previous shift to the next

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Fluent in French and English (Quebec French)
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, quick thinker
- Ability to handle customer issues & complaints
- Detail-oriented
- Must have the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Available to work rotational shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends
- Some experience in a call centre environment required
- Clean criminal background check

This is an excellent, full time, long term position with a well known company. The position is located in Toronto and is easily accessible by TTC. You must be available to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts.
The pay is very competitive at $15-17/hr plus paid lunchtime and full health benefits
