| Description: | Looking for a responsible, easy-going roommate to take over a lease through June 30, 2010. Rent is $630/mo for bedroom in a large, 3-bedroom apt-- heat is INCLUDED, which is nice, and we just share gas, electric, internet. The apartment is really great for the price. Location is corner of Buena and Sheridan. Five min to Sheridan Redline, steps from 151 bus, and two blocks from express buses 135 and 148. Everything you need is w/in 5-10 minute walk including Jewel, World Gym, restaurants, library, etc. ½ mile from Lakeshore and Wrigley Field. Unzoned street parking; Paid garage parking available. First floor unit in 6-flat building with landlord on-site. Small bedroom with your own, private bathroom, which is connected to the bedroom. Washer and dryer in the basement. Kitchen has gas stove and dishwasher. All hardwood floors. Very large dining room and living room, sun room, and deck/patio. Apt is furnished, but there is plenty of space for anything you may have and want to bring along. About us: Two working professionals and grad students at DePaul; responsible and very easy to live with- laid back and friendly, but also respectful of space and privacy. Oh, and we like to cook!
