Description: Our client, a long established automotive dealership in Toronto, is looking for a successful and experienced Service Advisor to add to their growing team.

Key responsibilities of the position include:
• Sell scheduled automotive maintenance services
• Assess customer needs
• Quote pricing
• Explain bills
• Uphold high customer service standards
• Ensure customer retention

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• Minimum 2 years experience with another dealership
• Grade 12 diploma minimum
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Friendly personality
• Analytical, persuasive, detail oriented
• Ability to effectively manage your time
• Must be available Monday to Friday 7:30am to 9pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm.

This is an excellent, full time, long term position with a well known dealership. The company is located in Toronto. Total compensation up to $60,000.
