I pay two bills a month. 1st bill: $6.75 Sanitation (set price) $21.08 Sewer (set price) $2.25 Drainage (set price) $40-80 Power 2nd bill: Water $5- $8 Let me know if you would like to take a look. I would be happy to show you my apartment anytime after Thursday.

Ok, the person who came did not sign today. They will be letting me know tomorrow about their interest in the apartment, since they were looking at other apartments today. My apartment is still open for showing for you to see it. Please let me know when you would like to look, and possibly give me a more reliable means of contacting you. (email or something)
