Why? My former roommate moved out and is paid through november. I need a roommate to take her place in the second bedroom.

Description: I am a 25 year old, female student looking for someone to take over half the rent in a townhouse off of the Coors/I40 intersection. The room available has a private bath and two closets. It is also equipped with a duo satalite receiver for Dish Network TV and is large enough to fit a king size bed. All but the bedroom is fully furnished. There is a one car garage, backyard, grill, full kitchen, two and a half baths, laundry room, eating space, two car driveway, living area and additional closet space. There is a total move in cost of 875 dollars plus a small credit check fee. The move in cost includes rent for the month of dec and the security deposit of 375. I have a cat so cat lovers are a plus but please no other animals especially dogs. I do, however, on an occasion dog sit two small dogs for my parents when they are out of town. This is just a 10 min drive from UNM all highway.
