Description: I am currently subleasing an apartment that will start ASAP, and continue until may 2009. I will be leaving due to a change in my academic interest. The apartment is furnished and all utilities are included. The utilities are as follows: direct tv, washer and dryer, heat/ac, and internet. Also included are the following appliances: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, range and fan. The location is at Park Point, which is close to R.I.T. campus. There is a shuttle that conveniently runs every fifteen minutes to and from campus, and to local areas (marketplace mall). To enhance your safety, on site security patrol and cameras are present. Included at no extra cost are three really nice roommate that are, clean and respectable.
