-Have your OWN room with your OWN bathroom (FURNISHED!).
-Swimming pool, game room, computer lab, sunless tanning booth, basketball court and gym!
-Move in January 2010 (Spring semester).
-Must be a female under 21 that will not smoke inside the apartment (Collegiate Hall’s rules for my sublease agreement).
-Will be living with 3 other girls (GREAT roommates).
-Only subleasing 1 room and bathroom within the 4/4 apartment (individual lease), so you don't have to worry about your roommates paying their rent on time!
**I will pay for your $150 application fee, so you will only be responsible for monthly rent.
