Description: I am currently looking to get out of my lease at a three story townhouse located a mile outside of the city of west chester. Rent is 633 a month with utlitites and all other billes making it close to $720 a month when all is said and done. The townhouse is immaculate and fully up to date. Currently there are three of us living there, but as stated I am looking to leave because I can not afford it anymore due to student loans that i need to pay back. The townhouse has private parking, a garage, a 200-250inch movie theatre in the basement with six custom lazy boys, a huge back deck, and a very spacious room. It is fully carpeted and has a monsterous kitchen. The two guys that will be living there until the end of MAY(when the lease expires) are well kept and are recent college grads both are age 24 with full time jobs. One does smoke cigarettes, but always does so outside as we are not allowed to smoke inside. I am sad to have to leave this place and wish i didnt have to.
