Description: We live in a cute little house on Anna St between UNT/TWU. One of our roommates is leaving in January. I'm a painting and drawing major at UNT, and my roomie is a TTech graduate. We both work at Starbucks on Loop 288 & 35. We're laid back, have "family" dinners, and our house has a porch, art studio, huge kitchen and hardwoood floors. The room for rent has outside access, is near the back, very quiet. Shared bathroom. I play in a band and we always are looking for kindred spirits. $250/mo plus gas and utilities bill and $100 security deposit. Lease signed til May 2010.
