Description: 1 bedroom available for rent in 3 bedroom townhouse. This room is on the 3rd floor of the townhouse. You would share a bathroom with female roommate and male roommate is on the 1st floor with his own bathroom. 2nd floor is shared living space (kitchen, living room, and another bathroom). I do have a medium sized dog (well behaved) but am not interested in having additional animals in the house unless possibly in a cage. Room is roughly 10'x10' with a walk-in closet that is 5'x3'. Parking is street parking only. Washer & dryer in unit. Rent is $500 per month due on the 1st with $450 deposit due prior to moving in. Utilities are split 3 ways (comes to an average of $100-$150 per month). Room is available now!
This is at 125th St and 26th Ave NE in Seattle. Right off of Lake City, there is a ton of stuff in walking distance not to mention it's easy to get just about anywhere via personal car or bus.
We are not the type that goes out and parties and we don't have parties here at the house. No drugs, no smoking, and must be respectful to roommates and keeping common areas clean . If you have any other questions just let me know! Thanks!

The place is VERY clean. Area is quiet, and easy to get anywhere. It's an awesome deal!
