Description: The lease goes until july 31st, with the option to renew it.
The room is a private room with a shared bathroom and is part of a 4 br apartment.
Rent includes water and cable. Electric runs about 30-45 dollars a month and internet would be 9 dollars.
The room is unfurnished but there is a built in desk. I also own a full sized bed/frame/boxspring and a nightstand that I can sell to you. Only been used for a few months, so it is in good shape.
I can send pictures of the furniture or the apartment!
The apartment is located on University Drive just east of Dorsey
