Description: It will be available for sublease starting January 1, 2010 and goes through July 31, 2010. Females only please, only requirement is that you are enrolled as a part-time or full-time student somewhere. Roommates are very clean, and the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It is on the 3rd floor so the ceiling is vaulted and makes the apartment that much nicer, and there is never the problem of hearing your neighbors stomping around upstairs! The apartment is located at the front of the complex right near the Leasing and Recreation Centers, the mail hut, the security office, and the pool/hot tub area. Also, bus transportation is provided for free and comes right to the apartment everyday, multiple times a day- and if you drive as car parking is very spacious and you are always guranteed to find a spot very close to the building.
