Description: Need roommate(s) to take place of roommate moving out on December 1st at La Jolla Crossroads. Have month to month rent, so term of lease is debatable. Would be living in two bedroom, two bath with kitchen, living, dining, washer/dryer, central air, one parking space per bedroom. Room available has private bathroom, closet, two windows. Close to UTC/UCSD/La Jolla. Located on quiet corner apartment, no noisy neighbors, lots of privacy. Would be living with two recent UCSD graduates who work full time. Would prefer one girl, although would consider two girls. No smoking, no partying, no pets allowed. Family and friends spend weekends occasionally. Must be clean. Utilities are about $70/month. We're friendly, fun, and easy to get along with. We're very respectful and courteous, and are looking for someone who would be the same.
