Description: 1 room available in a sunny 3-bedroom apartment in the center of Amherst. First floor apartment with wood floors. Full kitchen, dining room/living room, bathroom, tons of storage, free trash removal and free parking! Some utilities are not included, but internet is only $10 a month and we are very careful with our electricity. I have contributed my share of oil and you would just need to pay me for what hasn't been used (you would get a refund at the end of the lease for the remainder). 5 min walk to the Bruno's or Kellogg Street bus stops.Only 15 min walk to campus. Looking for someone for January 1 (can be flexible) until August 2010. No one has ever had trouble finding subletters for the summer, so don't let that hold you back!
