Description: Newly finished basement with 1 BR and private bathroom. Rent includes all utilities, satellite TV, wired and wireless internet, and attached garage spot. No need to mess around with extra billings each month. Shared entry, kitchen and laundry room. Pretty much the only reason I need to come downstairs is to do laundry. Sorry no pets. I am easy-going, clean, 23 year old working professional. I am looking for someone probably in their 20's who will take care of the place and keep it clean. Basement is available for rent ASAP, just doing the finishing touches.
Basement is wired for surround sound and ethernet in the bedroom and at the entertainment center.
