$200 deposit. $345/mo. + $20/mo. cable/internet fee. Renter pays gas and electric based on actual usage, but the complex receives the bill and divides it between all four roommates.
My preference would be to have someone to take my place sometime between Jan. 1 and 15, but dates are flexible. I have lived here for over three years and I'm only moving because of a job.
