Description: It's in a big brick building on the corner of 40th and Ingersoll. Really close to the art center, pretty close to downtown. A block away from 235, but still very quiet. two bedroom, all appliances, free washer dryer, garages available. cat friendly with deposit. You would get the larger bedrooms, it comes with two closets. I have a cat, so it's probably best if you aren't allergic.
