Presently away from campus on co-op and will return winter quarter. Looking to sublet. Your place looks great but I only need 1 rm.

Oh that is fine you can just rent a room. My room is open and the bathroom is right off of it. Its the one in the pictures. If you have any questions you can call me at 330.608.5796 or email me at tomkoke@mail.uc.edu! I would be happy to sublet it to you.

What is the situation on the other bdrm?

A Facebook user commentedat 10:37 AM on November 7, 2009

My roomate and I are leaving for co-op so we both need our rooms rented out. They are both open right now. Mine is a larger room with the bathroom attached to it. The whole apartment and both rooms are fully furnished. Do you just need it for winter quarter?

Definitely winter. Perhaps spring too. The co-op situation is so poor now-don't know what to expect for spring.
