Hi, I'm not sure if this would meet your needs, but I am a current UM student and currently live in an apartment 5 minutes away from the UM campus in South Miami/Coral Gables. I need to sublet my apartment from January-June (1/1/10-6/1/10) because I am going abroad. The rent is $760/month with parking and utilities included.
