Why? My current roomie will be moving out by the end of december and so we need another roommate to live with for jan - end of schoool year :)

Description: The room is in the Westmont Place Townhomes, directly across from the base of UCSC campus. We're like a 1-2 walk to the base and also to 3 metro city bus stops!

The place it self is a 2bed/1 bath amenity. We have our own washer/dryer and a 2 car garage. We also have a balcony and a front porch.

We're looking for a female roommate since we're all girls in the house. And we only ask that the residents be clean and considerate when it comes to shared space (bathroom, living room, kitchen).

Oh and you'd be sharing a room with me, yours truly. But my other housemate will be living in the other room in the house.
