Description: I would like to sublet my studio for December and January, which is the end of my lease. The rent is typically $1,225 / month, but I'm offering a rent special and will pay $200 for each month so that you would only have to pay $1,025. In addition, if you want to continue to stay on after January, the rent will stay at $1,025 / month.

The studio is located near Santa Monica Blvd and Sawtelle Blvd, which is a great location:
- Walking distance to the Japanese / Korean / Chinese restaurants on Sawtelle (1 min drive / 10 min walk)
- Farmer markets on Sundays (literally across the street from the apt complex)
- Ralphs and Trader Joes are a 5 min drive
- 2 blocks away from the freeway 405 / 10 exits
- A block away from Santa Monica Blvd (Norris Theater, markets, restaurants)
- 10 min drive to UCLA
The studio comes with a kitchen, bathroom and parking space. In addition, there is TONS of closet space, which I know is extremely important. The studio has 3 closets, which is hard to find. The place also gets a lot of sunlight and privacy. Also, internet and cable have already been set-up so I can transfer my account to you (if you want cable and internet) so that you don't have to pay installation fees for them.
