Description: Room for rent in a three bedroom house in Sellwood, a great location. We are a 5-10 minute drive from downtown and right along the bus line. We are a 10 minute walk to New Seasons, the library, coffee shops and restaurants.
The room is on the smaller side with a good sized closet. The house is two stories, 2.5 bathrooms and a medium sized backyard. There is a garage and a fair amount of storage space throughout the house. The carpets were just professionally cleaned last week. We have a small backyard with a grill, patio table and chairs. The house is within walking distance to New Seasons market, small coffee shops, parks, food and bars.

About us: We are very busy, as we both work full time jobs in the Portland area. We like to keep the house clean, especially in the common areas. The house is new construction in excellent condition. We have a washer and dryer, a brand new dishwasher, and all the normal appliances.
Current residents, one male roomie, and one female roomie both in our mid 20's. (We are not a couple.) We each enjoy hanging out with friends, playing games and hosting game nights, having BBQ's, brewing beer, the outdoors, movies among other things. We each graduated from University of Oregon in 2007. We both work professional full-time jobs during the week, which means we would like someone with similar "quiet hours" (from 11pm-morning when we wake up).
We are drug/smoking free.

A rental application is required by the landlord (including rental history, credit and background check).
If you are interested, please email me and we can set up a time for you to come check out the room. The room will be available after November 15. There is no lease, just month to month rent.
