Description: The apartment is a 3bd, two level apartment located about 4 blocks west of the Sheridan red line. It has 2.5 bathrooms, a dishwasher, washer / dryer in unit, 2 large living rooms, a dining room, and a large kitchen. The bedroom available is attached to the half bath. It has a large closet and can fit a queen along with some other furnishings (desk & dresser).

The two girls staying are both very busy and keep to themselves but do enjoy each hanging out if available. They are in their mid-twenties, and both enjoy cooking.

No pets please, one of the girls is allergic.

Rent is $640 per month with a $640 deposit and $50 application fee. The lease runs until the beginning of May and you can decide if you want to stay or move on.
