Description: HOME-HEALTH CARE Experienced, mature, confident, dependable, attentive female, seeking full time live in position for elderly or any client in need of my services. I am a private care giver, no company inquiries please. Professional duties include: access clients needs, develop short and long term goals, provide home safety, provide clients with all ADL's, provide all meal planning and accommodate any special dietary needs, assist client with all personal and or medical outings, provide all domestic services required, provide medication management. My goal is to provide the highest quality of care possible, insuring complete confidentiality with dignity and respect. I am willing to learn and grow to accommodate each need on an individual basis. Daily base rate, personal and professional references available upon request.
