Looking for someone to sublease my apartment because I need more space for the arrival of my little one. The apartment is 3 bedroom 3 bath, so you will not have to share a bathroom. I have two other roommates who are female. They are fun to be around but studious at most. Very neat and tidy. Great ladies.
Rent is $429 a month and all inclusive (electric, cable with all HBO channels, water, and trash pick up). There is also a porch to enjoy.
The community is gated and provides covered parking.
