15 min to downtown.
20 min to the Southside on Anthony Henday.

We have a 2 person far-infrared sauna, which is FRICKIN' awesome!
We also have a security system for added peace of mind.
$625 (utilities included). Wireless internet, cable, & the security system are shared expenses by everyone in the house. 1 month required as a deposit.
Shared bathroom, living room, & kitchen with one other person. Shared laundry, sauna, cold storage room with all house occupants.
