Description: We are currently seeking dynamic Inside Sales Representatives to generate new business by contacting prospective target customers by phone, email, or fax to promote Zep’s products and solutions. Build a consultative relationship with new and existing Zep customers to fully maximize the account’s potential.
Responsibilities:
•Make 100-125 calls daily to inactive, rolled business and new customers with the specific purpose of selling Zep cleaning products and establishing or maintaining customer relations.
•Meet and exceed all sales quotas and goals.
•Educate customers on pricing and sell them on the benefits of using our products.
•Cross-sell and up-sell products to customers. Accurately input orders and maintain a good follow-up system for re-orders.
•Account Management Skills; listen to & evaluate customer needs and recommend/develop solutions accordingly utilizing a consultative approach
•Customer focused; ability to identify customer’s buying habits and make product recommendations
Job Requirements:
•Excellent and engaging phone presence
•Motivated and self-driven while working to achieve goals in a team environment.
•An Associate’s Degree (two year program) or equivalent formal training is preferred
•1 – 2 years experience in Inside or Outside Sales with a preference for sales experience in a Call Center environment.
•Experience with outbound calling in account management or customer service is a plus.

Compensation:
•$12 hourly rate plus 5% commissions on all sales.
