Hey, when you say room can be furnished, does that mean it doesnt come with a bed? also is it possible to have someone come take a tour of the place for me since I'm currently abroad.

Well, the room itself doesn't come with preset furniture, meaning that you'd have to supply your own. However, since I'm graduating I am trying to sell off some of the furniture that I already have in the room, these include: a hardwood desk, a bookcase, a hardwood tv stand, a queen sized bed, a tv, a stereo system, and a queen sized bed among other things. The prices on these items are all negotiable. If you want my opinion, I think its better to pay a fixed amount to have furniture that is yours than having to pay a premium that comes with renting out a place that already has its own furniture (which in the end isn't even yours). As far as having someone come over to have a look for you, that's perfectly fine, just have them contact me in advance to let me know when they're planning to come so we can work out a time and date. how much is it usually for utilities?

It is $30 for internet+cable per person. Electric and water vary depending on the month and usage; typical water is around $10, electric is around $40-60 per person. For the later two it depends on habits really.
