Female sub leaser wanted for Spring semester 2010 at University Highlands Apartments. THIRD FLOOR!
Normal rent is $440/mo but I am leasing for $420!
The details:
-MUST BE AN ASU STUDENT
-Lease will go from December 15th- June 2010
-Move in anytime after 12/15/09!
-FREE rent for December and January! (I have already paid!)
-Will pay the $100 non refundable administrative fee!
-Third floor apartment with current roommates that are friendly and quiet
-Rent from February-June is only $420 a month and includes EVERYTHING
-Will be sharing a large bathroom with a wonderful roommate
University Highlands Amenities:
-Fully furnished apartment:
living room includes a sofa, coffee table, dinning table, tv hutch, and chair. VAULTED CEILINGS!
bedroom includes a large full sized bed, nightstand with drawer, large desk, 4 drawer dresser, and large closet. Cable and Internet jacks.
-No apartment above you! This means quiet! :)
-ALL utilities are included, you ONLY pay $420
-Reliable Internet
- Appalcart stop on site (POP 105 bus route that runs every 20 minutes!)
-Swimming pool with large hot tub
-Clubhouse with pool table and ping pong table, workout room and computer lab.
-Helpful staff if any questions should arise.
