I am looking for a Male who would want to sublease my room. I live in The Club. the rent is $305 per month including water.
I am living with three other roommates. they are nice and neat.
the bus #12 comes in every 20 minutes so you can go to school anytime!!
The bedroom comes with fully furnished with bed, mattress, dresser, desk and chair. They got new furnitures this year, so all the furnitures are new!
The lease is for Jan to July 1010.
* I need someone asap, so I will pay for January and February rent for the person who would move into my apt. so you can just pay March-july 2010 rent.
you can move in anytime after Decemer 17th.

Utilities usually run around 30~40 dollars. This includes high speed internet+cable tv+electricity.
