Description: I need to sublease my room because I will stay at another location for spring semester. The apartment complex has an excellent location on Marsteller Street only 2-3 minutes from Memorial Union, the bars and Chauncey Hill. Rent is $450 but if needed I could go a little lower. There will be three roommates, 2 really nice guys and a new additional person moving in that I don't know of yet. The apartment complex is pretty new and the apartment really nice and fresh. The room is furnished with a brand new bed and dresser. Water, sewage and trash is included in rent. Other utilities will be about $30 a month.
