Renting:

Charming 2 Bedroom/1 bath house for $900.

Why? We have to move out of our charming house we rent for financial reasons. Although the area and house is worth the rent, we are downsizing to try and pay off some debt to start a family in the next year. Please email me for pictures- they were too big of files to load on the site. You would take over our lease sometime after Thanksgiving w/ the option to renew at the end of the lease term (August 2010).

Isn't this the quarry in Olympia? I would think that it wouldn't be a good place for people with allergies and asthma. Sorry it wouldn't work for us. There is the same thing directly across the river in Cayce in River Bluff Estates that floods when the Congaree is in flood stage. Therer are clouds of sand or whatever it is in the air. It's too bad as this too has the Riverwalks going into West Columbia and close to USC and quiet.

yea, except we don't have any problems with allergies, and my husband has allergies. I don't think that I have EVER seen a 'clouds of sand' and I am home a lot when they dynamite on Fridays......The worst we deal with is that every Friday around 11, they blast, its funny because it makes the ground shake. And who in the world posts stuff like this on other people's listings? We also don't have any flood problems.....the river is a ways away, and significantly below the level the ground the neighborhood is on, I've never seen any 'flooding' and I run in the neighborhood. In fact, I didn't even know the Congaree had a 'flood stage' that happened on any regular basis or caused problems.....I think probably the only thing that is actually true in that comment is that it is close to USC and it is very quiet......wow......Please don't post false information on other people's listings, its just rude.
