All im walking distance is a foodland,Dairy queen, tacobell/kfc and laundromat we are across the street from a rite aid. One month rent is required for deposit in the event you move out and leave us screwed. You will be signing a sublease that will go to march. if you'd like to renew the lease with us after march you have that option.
in addition to rent you will pay part in gas,electric and comcast.
A total of all bills together mo. is (average) 255 a mo.
