Description: 1 BR Apartment only a few steps from campus (right near the university post office on Howard). Quiet, comfortable, comes with large built-in bookshelf in the living room. Utilities are not included. It's worth that much for the location if you're a student or like to be very close to downtown Boone. I've loved this place a lot, and App Mgt. are not bad landlords in my experience. There is parking available. PLEASE contact me if you're interested! It's a good place!
