Description: I'm looking for a sublet for my room in a house on 47th and 12th in the U district...great, close location to UW. About a ten minute walk to red square. Rent is $480/month, not including utilities. The sublet would go through to the middle of August, 2010 with the option to sublet for the summer if you prefer to only stay til June!

About us:
We are 4 UW students/recent grads, guys, relaxed, and easy to get along with. One of us also practices with a band in the basement a few times per week, but the house is big enough to not be a noise issue. We are responsible and help out with chores, like taking out trash, doing own dishes, etc.

About the house:
It is a spacious older house built around the 1920's, but it is nice and has been well taken care of. It is three stories if you include the basement, and the room is on the upper floor and has a good sized closet. There is a half bathroom on the main floor and a full bathroom upstairs, so the downside is there is only one shower in the house. The upstairs has four rooms, one room on the main floor, and no rooms in the basement. There is plenty of storage space and an extra refrigerator in the basement. It has enough off-street parking spots to fit at least five cars too! It has washer/dryer, and wireless internet.
